Happy New Year to all!!It's day one of a brand new year, Most of us have been practicing for this for the last few months, healthier choices and exercising. It's pretty exciting. I've never stuck to a new years resolution, not even really big on making them, but September 11th, 2008 was a visit to the doctor and a wake up call for me.
2009 is going to be great and I wish all of my FS friends the best as we all take the next steps into the future and make baby steps towards our own personal goals.
