I feel AMAZING! I am so glad that I finally got off my big fat butt and did a little jogging last night! It has totally kick started my healthy routines! I haven't been logging my foods well, I was losing sight of my goals, I've probably eaten a dozen cookies in 2 days. Not today - I feel GREAT!
