So I fell off the wagon hard!
I'm newly engaged. I tried on wedding dresses for funsies. I saw pictures of me in wedding dresses. Wow, I looked awful. In other news, I've discovered I'm "apple"-shaped.
I know what I have to do to lose weight. I did it accidentally after my son was born:
-Bake big batches of chicken so there's always lean protein on hand. -Drink water. Just water. You don't need any other liquid. -Steamer bags of vegetables FTW.
Time to actually follow the proven plan. Let's see how quickly I can drop the weight now.
