Aku intermitten fasting combine sama defkal. Makan masih bebas tapi ngurangin bgt nasi. Kalo lagi ada waktu buat WO biasanya Jogging sama liat2 video d youtube.
Ini timbangan berat badan ga tau namanya apa haha, yg sekalian bisa ngukur tinggi itu loh kak.
