Salut les FS! Does anyone here knows about Ayurvedic methods? I bought Ashwaganda and Triphala powders to add to my diet, I read some stuff about it, some positive comments, when it comes to decrease cortisol levels, improving digestion and helping with the intestines health, but I was wondering if anyone here has some experience in the subject to share with me, and everyone else interested, of course.
