So, I'm back on the train again, I guess. 1400 RDI for the past week or so, and it's actually a lot less difficult than I had previously expected. One time, a really long time ago, my doctor tried to put me on a 1200 calorie diet, and, after I laughed in his face, i was basically suicidal for the following two weeks. I obsessively kept track of my calorie intake, down to single, individual calories, and every day was just a matter of counting the minutes until it would be time to eat again. It's a horrible way to live, and it was the worst two weeks of my life.

Needless to say, for that reason, I've totally avoided really intense calorie restriction. But actually, this past week hasn't been that bad. I've been eating super healthy and trying to work out, and I feel reasonably good. Now if I can only just get rid of this gross gut and my stupid arm/leg/boob/face fat, everything will be A-OK.
