So I got really disheartened during my last weigh in when I put some on despite having done my best and have since done shockingly bad with food if I'm being honest. I've lost my motivation to continue with it completely, and just feel really down about myself and my weight. Can't seem to kick my arse out of my funk this time, usually I have a day or two off and back on it but I've had the week off and feel crap because of it, but also haven't cared that much at the same time which is confusing. Throw in a few shit days at work and it's the perfect excuse not to bother. But I want to try again and gain some control over myself and my eating habits. I'm noticing some patterns recently so hopefully can keep on top of it this time. Anyway, sorry for the essay just needed to whinge I guess 🥺

I feel you. took me a long time to get back into the swing of things. meal planning helped. no naughty stuff in the house. and can't recommend exercise enough, I hate it, but if I'm putting in that hard work I'm not likely to ruin it with junk food.

It's crazy isn't it? Funny and I have been on this site for about 7 years, and many other good friends too. Maybe try to look at getting yourself a little treat every day and you can look forward to that after you have eaten sensibly? Good luck x

Thanks guys. I've decided to have the weekend off and will try again Monday, unfortunately that's all I can do is try again and keep trying until I get there. I'm also going to set myself some realistic goals to achieve before Christmas, fingers crossed this time I can stick to it x

I KNOW what you’re feeling, only too well! All i keep reminding myself is that if I give up I will have to start again with extra ‘baggage’.... i can’t stop trying!!
