Anyone here dealing with gastritis, acid reflux, or GERD? How do you feel it affects your nutrition and what do you do in order to be pain-free and nourished?

I was horribly inflamed early September. I had to go on a strict bland diet. No caffeine no alcohol no bubbly drinks, no deep fried, no sugar or imitation sugar. Took 2-3 weeks.

I'm hoping I can help it heal quickly. Just got diagnosed with gastritis. I realize now that I caused it though. I was taking very acidic things for too long. O_O
