Hallo kakak2 semua, aku cuman pake 3bahan
Kacang ijo mentah 100gr : 81 kalori
Tepung maizena 15gr ( 2sdm ) : 54 kalori
Gula Diabetamil 3 sachet : 0 kalori
Total cuma 135 kalori
Kacang ijo direbus di air mendidih, airnya dikira2 sendiri ,tambah maizena+gula diabetamil smpek mateng dan mengental, siap beres hehe
Dan itu dapet banyak banget soalnya kn ngembang, ini aq makan setengahnya udah kenyang pol, cocok banget buat diet sumpah ngenyangin
