I have been feeling very good this week. My energy is up and I think that eating more proteins and less carbs has really helped! More protein is also helping with my cravings. More proteins = Fuller longer.
Body pump twice a week has been good and I tried a new cardio class this past weekend that was pretty fun - a mix of zumba and african style dance. I was not very good at it but I guess what matters is that I was up, moving and pushing my heart rate up, for about an hour.
The holidays are tough but to be honest, I have been really good - avoiding cookies, cakes and all of the other delights that make this season tough. This weekend I would like to make a sweet and a savory dish to take with my to Chad's mom's house... but I want the recipes to be healthy!
Any ideas?
