I thought I told myself I wasn't going to have any more... wait, I asked myself if I could cut down to ONE sweet. If six of those lindt truffles counts as one sweet (my inner food addict is like, 'they are tiny, so they have to be a collective group to considered a 'sweet'..) pahaahaaaa! Well, I will give myself a Kudo for not totally bingeing like I had yesterday!!!! Yay samantha. Its like now I want to eat something, but first I'll "take a nap" (it is midnight but I'm a night owl and this is the time I always get hungry). so, I am going to just tuck myself in and 'take a nap', and who knows, maybe I will wake up in the morning, having gotten away with under 1400 cals for today; DUDE that would be cool!

I like this idea of public journaling because even though I don't expect anyone to take a particular interest in *ME* (funny to think we all experiene this same personal delusion on some level!), there is just something therapeutic about 'putting it out there', knowing that this even *could* be read by outside observers. Maybe that's what it is- I'm creating for myself a fantasy support system in my weight loss trek. ha.
