Hai Rachmad, pernah bb stuck 2-3 bulan terus akhirnya nambah kegiatan (bukan olahraga berat ya) baru bisa turun lagi

Hai muthi, 11 bulan kira-kira lamanya bisa turun 18 kg. Pelan-pelan tapi pasti turun 🙂
