you should search for foods that have a higher quantity with low calories if you don't feel full enough. My favourite thing at the moment are plums as I can eat a dozen and it still doesn't hit 100cals. its all about finding you balance, remember that everyone is different and don't over push yourself because you could end up going the wrong way.

Fish and veg is my go to diet meal. No mash though. I am enjoying seedless easy peelers from Markies just now as a snack. It is tough though, Broken!

It was done in the oven, it's gastro I think the brand was, 240 cals for it if I remember right. I don't eat too much during the day so like a decent sized meal in the evening
