I am so glad Durianrider and Freelee came up with a "back up plan" for the fruitarian/vegan high carb, lowfat lifestyle. Otherwise with what little fruit I have here, I'd either starve or reach for VERY unhealthy choices. I can eat rice and potatoes and feel satisfied and yet still lose in the meanttime.
Feeling really good about all this so far. I haven't craved soda for a week or more since I transitioned earlier to looseleaf tea sweetened with stevia. I am glad. Pop usually runs my health into the ground and I get sick more easily. And I gain like crazy too.
