-una lata de atún a natural
-media palta
-para la ensasalada: Hervir, Brócoli, coliflor, huevo. Tambien le podes agregar papa (cantidades a gusto)
dejar enfriar.
Una vez frios condimentar, yo usé: aceite de oliva, limón, oregano, ciboullete y ajo.
