kalo aku tiap hari hahaha tp bagusnya sih 2mingguan lah bru nimbang . klo bb ga turun atau stuck jgn stress tapi jadiin bahan koreksi apa yg msh kurang dlm diet kita , gtu wkwk ini klo aku ya hehe ✌️

aku tim tiap hari ..tiap pagi bangun tidur setelah bak dan bab...pas perut masih kosong.. biar ketauan n bisa koreksi ada yg salah atau udh bner hari kmrinnya
