I have got to get control the holidays really threw me for a loop and now its time to get back in control. I leave in 20 weeks from today to go to Charlotte North Carolina to a NASCAR race and want to be thinner and healthier before I go. I love racing so hopefully this will be good motivation to get this horrilbe weight off once and for all. I want to give my husband of 13 years a new thinner and healthier wife, one he's never seen before because I've always been heavy and he hasn't ever been heavy and he deserves better. However, I am not doing this for him, I am doing it for ME!!!!!!!!
It's time to start giving myself as much time as I give everyone else.
