Ada banyak pilihan olahraga utk bantu bentuk badan. Kalau g suka gym bisa lari, perbanyak jalan kaki, sit up, push up, bahkan sekedar lompat2 di rumah jg bs bakar kalori.

Aku g suka Gym, salah 1 olahraga yg aku pilih adalah Aerial hoop
