bener...gw makan di 1200 sama makan di 1800 ternyata bb gw segitu2 aja (habit olahraga sama, tapi makan kalori yg lebih bnyak aja). Tuh kepoin deh IGnya...banyak yg bakalan tercengang sama mitos2 aneh sebangsa makan cukup 800kal, makan kudu rebusan
