duhh maaf yaa baru sempat buka lg fs nya🙏🙏
dalam 1 piring ini semuanya kurleb 600kal☺️
untuk resep sayur :
-tumis bamer bapur
-tuang air (tergantung sberapa mau kental)
-tambahkan saori saos tiram 1 sdt
-tambahkan kecap bango 1 sdm
-masukkan 1 kentang, 1/2 wortel
-bumbu garam,ladaku,kaldu jamur
-masukkan telur 1
-tepung Maizena 1sdt
-dimasak sampai mengental
untuk resep ayam :
-tumis bamer baput dan bawang bombay
-tuang air secukupnya
-masukkan 1 sachet saori lada hitam
-tepung maizena 1sdt
-masukkan ayam (disini pakai 3/4 dada ayam yg sudah di rebus)
-bumbu garam,ladaku,kaldu jamur
-dimasak sampai mengental
