progress nggak melulu soal bb, yg tadinya plank cuma kuat 15dtk skrg udah bisa 2menit, dulu lari br 5mnt rasanya udah mau mati, skrg bisa 30mnt nonstop, dl lunges 5x udah loyo, skrg bs sampe 20x, squat 50x pun ok, thanks diriku, sdh bertahan sejauh ini
