Hi TMomma789 The recipe for the stuffed Avocado was really simple Get a ripe avocado Cut in half Scoop out the avocado Season however you like I used onion powder and adobo Mash well. Spoon the seasoned avocado Back in the shell place your favorite cheese on top Keep in the oven at 350 degrees until the cheese melts enjoy!
