Upgrading Myself

I am 24 years old, full-time student in college and know exactly where I am going. But, I am not quite happy with my body. I want to get back into shape. Be happy on the outside, as well as in.

My goal is to stick to this diet for longer than a week. The encouragement from anyone is greatly appreciated. I know I don't have the motivation to do this alone.

I am cutting out starch completely and boosting my activities.

You should plan non-food rewards for yourself at specific milestones... for example, a new video game at 5 pounds, a new pair of shoes at 10 pounds... and so on. I have really enjoyed this site... the community members are a great source of motivation. So many people are sticking to their diets and losing weight... their profiles are evidence of that.
