I love chocolate but have been good until I get to the maintain stage. I do add a half teaspoon of cocoa powder to the odd coffee for a treat and for its benefits. Maybe I will treat myself to some shaved dark chocolate atop a smoothie bowl ! The other foods are great too! I love raw veggies and hummus , and cheese..Yum!

You guys the dark chocolate was extremely bitter it was 97% Cocoa any advice on one that’s not so bitter?
