The weight keeps piling on for me. I’ve never weighed this much in my life. I’ve kept my food under 1500 calories cut back on junk food and drink water all day long. And all I have to show for it is my pants don’t fit, I feel disgusted with myself and I look horrible. No idea what, what I should be doing because nothing has helped
I’ve cut carbs, calories, junk food= gain
I’ve added carbs, calories, junk food= gain
At this point screw it..I may just may take a break from tracking for a few days if I want the freakin cookie I may eat today
