Hello everyone! I am new to this platform, on a high protein, low carb lifestyle, so I have issues with my scale. I do not think it's accurate, because the surface it's placed on changes, my weight varies alot.
Please if anyone has any advice for this?
Also I would like to lose more weight... Any suggestions for me

Use the same tile all the time, stand facing forward then turn to the side to verify ur weight. Switch off, do it again n done. The scale is not always the best tracker, try a tight piece of clothing or maybe measure rather.

I found a spot in my bedroom and checked to see if my scale is correct with a 8kg kettle Bell, so now I weigh myself in that same spot every time

Hi - this also happens with my scale. In terms of weight loss tips, I HIGHLY suggest doing weight lifting instead of tons of cardio, and focusing on building more lean muscle mass, which will make losing fat much easier. 1 pound of muscle burns 3 times as much energy at rest than fat, so if you have a high muscle mass you’re metabolism will be insanely high and you can eat lots of food. Weight training is not only way more fun than cardio, but it’s also more sustainable. Most people just put the weight back on bcs if you have a low BF percentage, your metabolism slows down a lot.

@Holden C... This is the second time I have lost over 40kgs. I only put weight back on because of my pregnancy but I didn't gain the weight back the first time, I actually maintained it for 7 years. 🤔I do find people go back to normal bad eating habits n that is why they gain the weight back. I always ate healthy. I didn't exercise either of the times I lost weight... I only changed to a healthy low carb diet.

Never thought of checking accuracy with a kettlebell. Thank you for sharing.
