Pleased to report I stayed under my calorie goal for the last two days. Wednesday I caved right before bed because I was just that hungry, but I went with air-popped popcorn and apples at least. Lowkey devastated to find out popcorn isn’t a “free” snack like I always somehow thought it was! 😂
