Wahahahahahaaaaa stelah 3 hari after my big cheat day🤣 akhirnya bisa brani nimbang🤣 untung sadar diri dluan buat jgan nimbang, ntar bwaan setres trus kbablasan cheat nya😂 soo far aku 3 minggu turun dri 80,6 kyaknya aku lupa soalny aku balik ke FS itu aku input udah 79an Kg... kyaknya soo far aku turun 2,5kg-an... Semangat diriku huhuhu yg msih cheat day tiap hari😂 dan smangat buat kakak" FS untuk ttep berjuan🙆🏻‍♂️🙆🏻‍♂️🙆🏻‍♂️
