I love pot pies and I save calories by making them in a casserole dish, adding a ton of veggies and only putting crust on the top.

Katsolo, I checked the cals on the puff pastry. 170 cals and 11g of fat😳 I knew there was a reason I only ate one. My husband ate them all. I definitely like your idea!
