I love the snow! Skiig was fantstic today. Sun shinning, no wind, snow conditions great. Great lesson, can;t wait to go back.

Recent weight loss and exerices. I was able to keep up with everyon for the full day.

This is one reason I have got to keep weight down and stay in shape.
I want to be there when I in my 70'S and 80's, maybe even 90's ( The nineties - might have to be cross country. LOL

Yeah..we need to remember this feeling when we are tempted to eat. Cause it sure feels good to be able to do the things you love and feel good while doing them.
