Itu selisih foto 2 bulan.. tapi saya mulai defkal baru 1 bulan ini tgl 26 okt 2020 tepatnya.. udah turun 4 kg nih.. cuma mulai" lambat nih.. pdhl harus turunin 6 kg lagi..
