Okay, so I just did an assessment for some workouts that I want to start coming Monday.

So I timed how many squats, sit-ups, and push-ups that I could do in a minute.
Sit-ups: 23 in 1 minute.
Squats: 26 in 1 minute.
Push-ups: 40 in 1 minute.

The push-ups amount, I am shocked after having dislocating my elbow 5 months ago. Before I dislocated it, I was 67 push-ups in a minute.

So, Monday I am working on squats, push-ups and sit-ups.
