Aku makan nasi sehari 2x Ikan biasa. Kdg di goreng/panggang Sayur juga kadang kuah/tumis/kukus Buah yg pasti tiap hr selalu jd camilan Trus jg variasi antara buah/ikan dan sayur... Jd smua kebutuhan nya seimbang...
