Breakfast today was oj and a special k bar. Not the best, but considering I just randomly decided to get back op today...

It didn't last me until lunch, so I had 10 dry roasted peanuts and 5 raisins. Obviously, I'm not stocked up on the healthy food, I'm just making due. That helped me survive until lunch, which I pushed back to 11:30 instead of 11.

Lunch was Lean Gourmet Lasagna and 1 cup broccoli. I drank a cup of tea and a big glass of water with it to try to stretch the meal. It didn't work, I'm still somewhat hungry. But that's to be expected after all of these months of stuffing myself. My stomach needs to get used to less food.

I am just going to have to stick it out and wait until my afternoon snack at 2 or 2:30 if I can. I plan on having 2 cups of popcorn. That will leave me plenty of points for dinner. God knows what I have to eat at home. Everything healthy is probably moldy as all hell.

Tonight I need to remember to bring the scale upstairs so that I can weigh myself tomorrow morning. I am really nervous to see the damage I've done.

So I was able to hold out until almost 3 for my afternoon snack. After I stopped thinking about food for a while, I realized that lunch did fill me up ok. Now I'm munching on about 2.5 cups of 94% ff popcorn. So only 1/2 point. Now I just have to tackle dinner tonight!
