Day 7 - First week is over! I’m so happy I’ve stuck with this, and I can’t wait to see where I’ll be several weeks from now. Down 0.2 today (6.2 total).
Successes: 1) Full weightlifting and 30 min elliptical workout. 2) On ate healthy foods and within my calorie count.
Need to work on:
1) Didn’t sleep well last night and I’ve been dragging since 5. Tonight early to bed.
