Yesterday I had a bad bad day at work and resorted to my old best friend for support and comfort; FOOD. Im 37 and cannot break the cycle. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Yes, it can be really tough to break the cycle. Try maybe little changes to begin with. 1 less of everything. Always leave something on your plate, even just a fork full. Stuff like that. Then build on it.
