Day 8 - I’ve made it to week 2! Down 0.2 again today. The last time I lost weight through calorie counting my second week was basically a plateau with a lot of disappointing weigh ins. I know it’s coming and I’m ready to push through to the other side.

Successes:
1). The calorie counting is working out great.
2). Full bicep and back regimen plus 30 minutes of swimming at the gym.

Need to work on:
1). I could use a little more sleep. 😁
