I am starting my diet tomorrow. I have participated in several get slim quick schemes and I have spend thousands of dollars on everything from pills to trainers to gym memberships...you name it, I've tried it. And because of the Army, I have to be very aware of how round my waist line is....I am going to try something out this time to shock my body.....I am going to workout more and eat a whole lot less. At the end of the first 30 days, I would like to start trying out some healthy menu items, but to kick it off...i am going straight for what counts because calories in= calories out...and I need to get more calories on the 'out' side. Green Tea, Cambells low sodium soup, and water will be the main focus of my diet. Carrots, celery, and cucumbers will be my snacks. I will write in my journal around the same time every day, so i am really looking forward to see how will i do tomorrow, because afterall...its one day at a time. Lets Get it!
