Day 9 - Another 0.2 disappeared. I’m so anxious to see bigger numbers, but I know this isn’t a sprint! Healthy eating within my calorie goal and daily exercise are what I’m counting on to make my goal a reality.

Extremely healthy foods prepared in the healthiest way, with added salt or oil. After only 9 days my palate has adapted.

Successes:
1) KILLER workout today - double cardio, 30 mins running and 30 mins elliptical.
2) Made my calorie goals work - lots of flexibility weighing foods to keep my count low.
3) Good water intake today.

Need to work on:
1) I’ve woken up at 3am or earlier two days in a row. Oh to sleep through the night! 💤
