Day 10 - can you believe I made it this far, and during Christmas??!! So excited to finally see a big change in the scale (down 1 whole lb, 8 total) and I am starting to see the difference!
Successes: 1) Full shoulder workout, abs, and HIIT. 2) Kept to my calorie count.
Need to work on: 1) Soooooo tempted by sweets - I ate a 100 calorie Kinder egg - must resist 2) slept horrible AGAIN! Woke at 1:30. I don’t know what will work for me in this department, but this is 3 nights in a row.
So thankful for the FS community who GET what each of us is going through and show only love and support.
