Day 11 - Hmmm. Discouraged to see I’m up 0.4 today, but I’M NOT QUITTING!! Maybe my body is freaking out!?!? Double cardio today at the gym and feeling good!! 🏃♂️ 🏊♂️ The food is getting boring, so I need to figure something out in that department, too.
Successes: 1) Best sleep in ages! 8hrs, 21 mins and I could FEEL the difference! 2) 35 mins on the treadmill (22 mins of sprints/recovery), plus 30 mins of laps in the pool. KILLING IT! 3) Meeting my calorie count is now second nature. Piece of cake (figuratively, of course 😂).
