Haha.. Sy endomorph mba.. Klo nggak defkal tiap bulan naik 1 sd 2 kg.. Bru belajar dapat ilmu baru utk tipe Endomorph.. Carbo ya cm 25% persen, protein 35%, lemak 40%..target nasi putih 1 hari 110 gr karbo by makro nutrien..masih semangat
