Totally and utterly off the rails so as a minimum I am trying to keep logging amd drinking water hoping I will get that motivation back

Oh, I can hear the frustration in your voice! It is difficult to re-set and this time of year is the worst..............just keep moving forward and the motivation will come from somewhere.
