Yesterday was a good day. Today I had applesauce & tea for breakfast, 1.5 cups of popcorn for my snack. I'm meeting Hannah and Tamara for lunch at Uno's, so I'm saving my points. I'm thinking I'll get the turkey sandwich with no cheese or bacon and a side salad with my light ranch. I love that sandwich. I'll have to try hard to avoid the breadsticks. They are soooo good, but they're 5 points each!


Change of plans! Those tricksters at Uno's list their nutitional as more than one serving. So my sandwich really had over 500 calories. That is without cheese/bacon and doesn't even include sides! So I went with the honey crisp chicken salad, grilled chicken, no bacon, and ranch on the side. More points than I like to use for lunch, but still not too bad!

Yeah, I've found that when I look at that before, I can make a more educated choice on what to eat!
