Thanks to IF , I now only mostly eat when I'm hungry😁. Been definitely seeing the results.

One of the best things that my fitness journey this time around has taught me is to listen to my body more. To be conscious of my food decisions more. This time around I know I'm losing fat and not muscles because of unhealthy eating habits in a bid to lose weight.

Not every day is easy but it's worth it.💪

"I am not just trying to climb the mountain, I want to build my house there" I saw this and it got me through a particularly hard day , hopefully it does the same for someone else🌻😊
