Day 16 - My body had been totally rebelling the past 3 days. My weight has been up all three days and I don’t really know why. I’ve been under my calorie count all three days and I’ve kept up my morning workouts. Hoping that tomorrow will break the cycle! I wonder if I could I be building muscle?

Successes:
1. Stayed below my calories despite being on the road all day and inside a chocolate store.
2. Good run this morning at the gym

Need to work on:
1. I need to sleep well tonight.
2. I can’t let my mind defeat me. Weight loss will come
