I just discovered how to use "Diet Calendar" so I've been entering what I've eaten and my exercise and I'm excited seeing the totals. Using this section will really help to keep me on track. I feel like I'm on a little "High" because I lost 3 pounds but it's like getting the Christmas present you really wanted. I've been trying so hard to lose weight but , in the past, I've been unsuccessful because I didn't have the tools I needed. I truely believe now with all the Fatsecret has to offer AND with the generous support through FS members, who know what it's like to look in the mirror and feel sad. I feel good today!
