Day 17 - FINNALY, my weight has gone down (1.2 lbs, first loss after 3 days of increasing). I drank lots of water today, too!
Successes: 1) Good shoulder workout 🏋️♀️ plus 30 minute swimming laps 🏊♂️. 2) Kept my calories down by not eating any snacks today - just the big 3 meals.
