So braai today💃..Was conscious throughout of my portion sizes especially with the pap ... Currently on a walk to help with digestion and feeling healthy 😂
For the first time in my life..the green salad was the focal point of my meal...Pap was a side dish🙆😂. Super proud of decisions made today. Even had a bit of chocolate and it is within my calories for the day. Now onwards to the weekend where sufficient water will be consumed 💪. Have a great weekend everyone 🌻
