mulai biasain lagi untuk sarapan pagi.kalau biasanya makan pagi naskun atau nasi uduk yang gk lama langsung ngantuk wkwkw.. ternyata sarapan kayak gini bikin kenyang, kalorinya jg gk begitu besar.. jadi semangatt
